The Lake Worth, Greenacres, and Palm Springs communities within Palm Beach County, FL, received a Health Kids, Healthy Communities grant in 2010 with a goal of increasing fitness zones within the project area. In November 2012, the Tropical Ridge Fitness Park opened in Lake Worth. The park features nine outdoor fitness stations like these.
